Position Overview:

Responsible for supervising and managing daily activities of the Sales Support Team and sales support functions.


Primary Accountabilities:

  • Oversees workflow of all business processing including preparation of reports, charts, and other statistics to support and direct the sales department
  • Assist in the execution of contracts, RFP, and RFI
  • May work with multiple sales representatives and their given territories
  • Assists with budget management to ensure expenses meet target goals
  • May handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints
  • Develop standard presentations, sales support materials and case studies
  • Perform with Sales Manager to prepare and execute detailed presentations, tactics, metric, systems and action plans
  • Ensure to secure resources as requested by Sales Team and Account Manager to assist sales process.
  • Initiates and tracks orders to completion
  • Provide sales support with guidance through internal processes
  • Review opportunities for plausibility 
  • Assist in the hiring process for Sales Support Specialists



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred
  • 3+ years in Sales
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
